This role ensures that all critical infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, controls, life safety, and building management systems, is commissioned to achieve optimal performance, reliability, and operational readiness.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Commissioning Manager works closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Lead Engineers and others from the client team, vendors, design consultants, and operations teams to deliver mission-critical projects.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and implement commissioning strategies and execution plans.\nManage commissioning activities throughout all project phases.\nCoordinate commissioning schedules with construction and project management teams.\nMonitor project milestones and identify risks to commissioning activities.\nEnsure commissioning aligns with overall project delivery objectives.\nLead Level 1-5 commissioning activities.\nManage integrated systems testing (IST).\nOversee functional performance testing (FPT).\nCoordinate witness testing with clients and stakeholders.\nEnsure all critical systems achieve operational readiness before handover.\nVerify installation against approved design documentation.\nReview method statements and commissioning procedures.\nEnsure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.\nTrack and resolve commissioning issues.\nMaintain commissioning documentation and records.\nQualifications:\nStrong electrical background.Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from an accredited institution, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering\nExperience in commissioning power distribution equipment, switchgear, or UPS systems in Datacenter environment is a strong preference\nExperience of executing delivery projects, electrical work, and field service & commissioning work\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, wiring, and cabling documents\n\nSkills:\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\nProven ability to remain calm in all situations\nStrong people skills and experience of working with customers is critical\nEnglish is a must, Swedish language skills will be a plus\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
