The purpose of this position is development and deployment of the Commodity strategy for CapEx Category to drive optimal cost and conditions (commercial, quality, delivery). Collaborate with other functions, all corporate ledgers & stake holders for sourcing and rationalization. Focus on Supplier consolidation & supplier pay term improvement as well as optimize the delivery terms.\n\"1. Develop, plan, monitor and execute Capital material category strategy.\n2. Implement and execute on CapEx commodity sourcing strategies to effectively leverage Capital Indirect spend.\n3. Develop commodity strategies aligned with latest internal and external environmental, market and economic factors. Build and maintain organizational consensus and alignment to the commodity strategies.\n4. Negotiate and manage key strategic supplier agreements, cost negotiations and relationships\n5. Responsible to maintain supply continuity via risk identification and mitigation.\n6. Develop positive relationships with suppliers and demonstrates Eaton’s ethics, values and philosophy.\n7. Develop strong positive ethical relationships with suppliers & adhere to Eaton’s Code of Conduct.\n8. Responsible for supplier reduction / tail spend suppliers\n9. Ensure the monthly reporting/BSC update on time\n10. Responsible to drive cost out to achieve SCM objectives and ensure CODB update on time.\"\nQualifications:\nBachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management\n8-10 years in Supply Chain Management preferably in Indirect Sourcing with categories like Professional Services, CAPEX, Facilities, MRO, Energy, Packaging, IT & Telecom\nSkills:\nCertification- Any certification in supply management like CPSM, CSM is preferred but not mandatory.
