This exciting role offers opportunity to:\nThe Intercompany Lead Analyst supports the execution of strategic initiatives across the global intercompany process landscape, with a strong focus on automation, process standardization, digital transformation, and technology adoption.\nThe role partners closely with the IC COE, Finance, IT, Shared Services, Business Units, and external technology providers to identify and implement opportunities that improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls and compliance, enhance visibility, and drive sustainable business outcomes.\nKey responsibilities include supporting ERP and system transformation projects such as new site implementations, Oracle-to-SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) conversions, system upgrades, RPA and Continuous Improvement initiatives, and other controllership system enhancement projects.\nThe position also contributes to project execution, stakeholder engagement, and the deployment of technology-enabled solutions that optimize end-to-end intercompany processes and align with global business objectives.\nQualifications:\nRequirement:\nB.E / CMA / MBA / ACCA\n4+ years extensive experience in Intercompany processes with progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, Intercompany Operations, Process Excellence, or Transformation\nIntercompany Operations Support & Governance\nCoordinate with SAP, Oracle, and Vendor Master teams to resolve master data issues impacting transaction processing\nSupport configuration changes and data correction requests affecting intercompany operations\nStrategic Project Management\nPart of cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and stabilization\nManage project scope, timelines, risks & stakeholder communication\nCoordinate initiatives impacting intercompany accounting, settlement, invoicing, reconciliations & dispute mgmt\nEnsure project governance standards are maintained and project benefits are measurable\nProcess Improvement & Standardization\nAnalyse current state processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate\nLead Lean, CI & process optimization initiatives\nData Analytics & Reporting\nAssist with the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor process performance and project outcomes\nLeverage data analytics to identify root causes of aged balances, reconciliation issues, and operational inefficiencies\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to Finance, Controllership, Shared Services, and Operational teams\nFacilitate workshops and solution-design sessions with key stakeholders\nGovernance & Controls\nEnsure new technology solutions comply with internal control, compliance, and audit requirements\nSupport implementation of governance frameworks for automation and digital initiative\nSkills:\nStrong understanding of intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and compliance requirements\nSAP (ECC and S4) FICO Modules & Oracle R12 knowledge with expertise in GL\nWell versed with integration of FI with other modules of SAP (ECC and S4)/Oracle R12\nUnderstand how R12 maps to SAP (ECC and S4) and connection of harmonized values\nPower BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies\nHave knowledge of Project management methodologies\nProcess mapping and business analysis techniques\nStrong Excel and data analytics capabilities\nMulti-national experience essential\nEvaluate multiple solutions and make sound recommendations\nThink strategically, not just transactionally \nWork effectively with global teams across different time zones and cultures\nEscalate issues appropriately\nInnovation Mindset\nSupport ERP, automation, and process transformation
