The Jackson facility has approximately 500 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing and delivery of Aerospace hydraulic components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets.\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nThis position is primarily responsible for the planning, scheduling and ordering of production commodities as assigned. This position will be required to analyze and interpret a variety of reports and other related factors to allow timely and economical completion of supplier commitments in support of customer delivery requirements.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMaintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, auditing, and reconciliation activities.\nLead and manages Cycle Count process, print and assign Cycle Count to employees on a daily basis and complete report.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, transaction errors, and material variances.\nAssign work order load to employees to pull material from stockroom.\nProcess inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and returns.\nMaintain accurate material and location data within ERP systems.\nEnsure timely and accurate recording of all inventory movements.\nSupport system audits and inventory reconciliations.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, inventory controls, and material management processes.\nParticipate in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures related to stockroom operations.\nImplement corrective and preventive actions to improve inventory accuracy and operational performance.\nPerform stocksweeps to transfer parts to designated area for quality review.\nReview and Investigate Out-of-Tolerance Cycle Count sheets from employees.\nReconcile and Update accuracy log for employees.\nAssist with receiving and shipping activities as needed.\nResolve issues in virtual locations in the Stockroom.\nMaintain an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals.\nManage Inventory compliance with Corporate policies and procedures.\nStrong work ethic demonstrated through action orientation and a drive to achieve results.\nComply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and work rules.\nQualifications:\nRequired Basic Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree from an accredited institution with 1-year of experience in Supply Chain OR Bachelor's degree.\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.\nKnowledge of the Aerospace industry, complex machined materials management, lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP, and MFG Pro/Kinaxis.\nPrior experience utilizing change management techniques.\nDemonstrated skills in influencing, negotiating, coaching and consulting.\nAPICS Certification.\nSkills:\nProven capability to lead change in a team environment.\nAbility to manage multiple projects/activities.\nBroad knowledge of product and manufacturing process.\nPC skills acumen with MS Office Suite and various applications to analyze and report data.\nStrong project management and process improvement skills.\nKnowledge of process auditing techniques to ensure compliance to defined quality requirements.\nDetail oriented.\nMust have sound knowledge of MRP processes and familiarity with MFGPRO/Kinaxis Rapid Response planning logic.\nMust be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.\nExcellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (customers, marketing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing) is key.\nDesire to work in a collaborative environment with strong ability to take action and get results.\nAbility to quickly analyze, identify and implement opportunities and corporate initiatives for improvement that have measurable dollar impact each year.\nAdapt to ambiguity well.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced environment.\nStrong understanding of inventory management principles and techniques.\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
