Support and initiate actions with management to ensure that personnel comply to the company’s policies and performance/productivity levels.\nIn this function you will:\n\nInspect materials and generate pick lists from production schedules to support accurate order fulfillment and production readiness.\nAudit material movement and stow activity, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP.\nLocate lost or misplaced material using SAP transaction history and correct bin allocations.\nManage transfer requests with Material Handlers and communicate transfers to receiving buildings.\nPartner with team leads, inventory teams, and production lines to resolve material issues.\nMaintain MRP inventory records and improve inventory procedures.\nSafely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED from an accredited institution\nNo relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Richmond, VA facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position.
