You perform in-line inspections, validate process controls, and lead quality assurance activities to maintain high standards. This role requires advanced knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality management. Prior experience in PCBA production quality control is essential. You are responsible to monitor, inspect, and control the quality of PCBA production processes and outputs, ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupervise and lead quality inspectors and work closely with them for testing activities.\nConduct in-line and final inspections of PCBA units for defects, alignment, solder quality, and component placement.\nVerify compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications.\nMonitor process parameters and identify deviations or risks to product quality.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.\nDocument inspection results and maintain traceability records.\nCoordinate with production, quality operators, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.\nSupport audits and implement quality control plans.\nTrain production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe inspection area.\nDrive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes and product reliability.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in PCBA or Electronics components manufacturing quality control.\nSkills:\nPractical experience in inspection, process validation, and quality documentation.\nStrong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and quality standards.\nProficiency in IPC-A-610 and other relevant inspection criteria.\nAbility to use microscopes, AOI systems, inspection instruments and measurement tools.\nKnowledge of ESD safety procedures and defect classification.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems and documentation practices. \nExcellent attention to detail and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nAbility to work independently and make informed decisions.\nCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\nWhat we offer you:\nBeing part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry\nWork in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability\nAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system\nOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
