Lab Manager, GEIS APAC

What you’ll do:

• To lead a team for GEIS lab management regarding tests, accreditations, equipment management, lab system management , lab regular audit and regular coordinations to NAM and EMEA.
• To be responsible for daily relaibility tests design ，planning , performing and reporting for GEIS projects from regions including APAC, EMEA and NAM;
• Take lead to support tests&reports for NPI products develop ,operations/sustaining activities;
• To be responsible for certification witness tests, lab accreditations management , lab system maintenance , regular audits from 3rd party;
• To be responsible for lab equipment planning, maintenance, and safety ensurance.
• To organize the regular coordination and communications cross regions, to share the progress for running tests/projects;
• Team management with talent development ;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor above
• Ten years above
• Experience of lab management related to system management, safety regulations, safety protection measures;
• Familiar with New Product Development process.
• Familiar with ISO 17025, CNAS standard and requirements;
• Experience of team management;
• Backgound of electrical apparatus is preferred;
• Familiar with explosion-proof products , market and application is a plus;
• Good project management and presentation skill.
• Competent English skills;
• Strong problem analyzing and shooting skills, strong responsibility and self-motivation.
