operational performance.\nSystems Engineering & Architecture\nApply Systems Engineering and MBSE methodologies to complex data center electrical systems.\nDevelop and manage requirements, functional, logical, and physical architectures.\nDefine system interfaces, behaviors, operating modes, and V&V strategies.\nDevelop CONOPS, operational scenarios, and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.\nConduct architecture assessments and trade-off studies to support technical decision-making.\nElectrical System Analysis\nPerform power flow, voltage drop, power quality, short-circuit, protection coordination, fault, and transient studies.\nEvaluate utility interconnections and MV/LV power distribution systems.\nData Center Infrastructure Modeling\nAnalyze end-to-end power architectures from utility service entrance to IT loads.\nEvaluate switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs, busways, and rack-level power distribution systems.\nAssess conventional, modular, distributed, and next-generation data center power architectures.\nTrade-Off & Optimization Studies\nConduct multi-attribute trade-space analyses for architecture selection.\nEvaluate solutions based on cost, efficiency, energy use, thermal performance, reliability, availability, resilience, scalability, maintainability, and footprint.\nDevelop decision-support models and recommend optimal solutions.\nValidation & Verification\nValidate system models using design data, test results, supplier inputs, and operational scenarios.\nEnsure model fidelity, credibility, and compliance with program objectives.\nSupport verification planning and lifecycle validation activities.\nReliability & Resilience Engineering\nAssess system reliability, availability, maintainability, and resilience.\nAnalyze redundancy architectures (N, N+1, 2N), single points of failure, and operational risks.\nApply reliability block diagrams and availability modeling techniques.\nCross-Functional Technical Leadership\nCollaborate across electrical, controls, thermal, software, mechanical, reliability, and program teams.\nAct as the technical lead for data center system modeling and architecture initiatives.\nDrive systems engineering best practices, standards, and methodologies.\nPresent complex technical findings and actionable recommendations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's/ Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPreferred\nMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, electrical power systems, or data center infrastructure engineering.\nSkills:\nSystems Engineering & MBSE\nExtensive experience in system and subsystem-level systems engineering.\nStrong knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle and MBSE practices.\nExpertise in requirements management, architecture development, interface management, and V&V planning.\nExperience with digital engineering, digital thread, and model-based development.\nData Center Electrical Systems\nExpertise in utility interconnection, grid interface, MV/LV distribution systems.\nHands-on experience with switchgear, transformers, busways, PDUs, UPS systems, and rack-level power distribution.\nStrong understanding of data center architectures, KPIs, and power infrastructure design.\nPower System Analysis\nProficient in power flow, fault, short-circuit, protection coordination, and power quality studies.\nExperience in transient stability and disturbance analysis.\nMulti-Domain Modeling & Simulation\nExperience in electrical, thermal, controls, reliability, and infrastructure system modeling.\nSkilled in dynamic simulations, digital twins, and integrated system analysis.\nReliability & Resilience Engineering\nExpertise in reliability modeling, availability analysis, MTBF concepts, and maintainability assessments.\nExperience with redundancy architectures (N, N+1, 2N), risk analysis, and single-point-of-failure evaluations.\nStandards & Compliance\nStrong knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288, IEEE, IEC, UL, and data center industry standards.\nFamiliar with electrical safety, compliance, and power quality requirements.\nEngineering Tools\nMATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, Digital Twin, and Co-simulation platforms.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nProven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.\nAnalytical & Communication Skills\nStrong
