We're looking for talented professionals who are passionate about supply chain, innovation, and operational excellence to join our dynamic team.\nWhat you’ll do:\nJob summary\nLead logistics operations and transportation planning activities to ensure service excellence, cost optimization, supply chain resiliency, and operational efficiency. This role serves as the primary escalation point for logistics-related issues, coordinating efforts across distribution centers, manufacturing plants, carriers, and cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with corporate logistics standards.\nThe Logistics Supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and direction to Logistics Schedulers and Analysts, ensuring the effective execution of logistics strategies, achievement of key performance indicators, and alignment with business objectives. This role is responsible for fostering operational excellence, developing team capabilities, and supporting data-driven decision making to enhance logistics performance and customer satisfaction.\n\nJob responsibilities\nSupervise daily logistics and transportation planning activities to ensure on-time and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.\n\nMonitor logistics performance and proactively address service disruptions, transportation constraints, and delivery risks.\n\nServe as the primary escalation point for logistics-related issues impacting customer service, production, or distribution operations.\n\nEnsure alignment between logistics activities, customer requirements, and business priorities.\n\nPartner with plants, distribution centers, customer service, procurement, and supply chain teams to support operational objectives.\n\nManage transportation performance to ensure service, cost, and compliance objectives are achieved.\n\nMonitor carrier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective actions when required.\n\nCollaborate with Procurement and transportation providers to improve service levels and optimize freight spend.\n\nDrive mode compliance and transportation efficiency through effective planning and execution.\n\nSupport freight accrual, reconciliation, and logistics compliance processes.\n\nEnsure effective utilization of TMS, ERP, Power BI, and other logistics technologies.\n\nDrive compliance with transportation management processes and global logistics programs.\n\nLeverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nSupport system enhancements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects.\n\nDevelop and maintain logistics performance dashboards and KPI reporting.\n\nLead, coach, and develop Logistics Schedulers and Analysts to achieve individual and team performance objectives.\n\nEstablish team priorities, distribute workload, and ensure timely execution of logistics activities.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation level required\nBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.\nCPIM, CSCP or PMP certification Preferable.\n\nYears and area of experience required\n5-7 Years of experiences in logistics, Supply Management, inventory Management and others suply chain related areas.\nSkills:\nTechnical Knowledge\nKnowledge of SIOP, demand planning, analytics and carrier RFQ quotation\nPreferred: SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP's.\nExperience of process standardization.\nAble to gather data from multiple systems and provide meaningful interpretation.\nAble to anticipate logistics issues and proactively work for their resolution.\n\nHigh English proficiency\n\nSoft Skills\nCandidates should demonstrate a strong alignment with Eaton’s Culture Model by exhibiting curiosity, learning agility, accountability, courage, adaptability, collaboration, trust-building, inclusion, innovation, and a broad enterprise mindset.
