This position is based at our Arden, NC location.\nThe hourly rate for this position is $19.50 per hour.\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Assembler position is responsible for performing winding, assembly, complex and repetitive wiring, and copper fabrication to build sub-assemblies and complete control equipment units. This role ensures all assemblies meet electrical and mechanical specifications, performs quality checks, and prepares finished products for shipment.\nIn this function you will:\nAssemble and wire Main Breaker Units according to specifications and production requirements\nPerform full mechanical assembly, including: Structural build-out and installation of electrical components\nExecute complex wiring tasks using schematics, diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM)\nEnsure all copper connections meet required bracing specifications\nInspect completed work to verify electrical and mechanical performance standards\nComplete final cleanup, packaging, and preparation of units for shipment\nFollow and maintain production schedules to meet Main Breaker demand\nCollaborate with supervisors, team leads, and co workers to identify and escalate production issues promptly\nPromote and maintain a safe work environment for self and others\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
