The hourly rate for this position is $22.73 $1 shift differential per hour.\nCORE HOURS: 10PM - 6:30AM\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nUnderstand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses\nTroubleshoot various machinery problems\nIdentify and tag tubs according to shop orders\nQC and document all parts run on machines\nRetrieve and enter data into SAP computer system\nInventory components and supplies as needed to ensure efficient and timely production\nKeep work areas clean and safe\nPosition Criteria:\nAble to operate machinery and presses safely\nAble to read, accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings\nAble to identify different gauges and types of raw material\nAble to accurately read tape measure, scales, and calipers\nAble to work effectively and productively as member of a team with minimal supervision\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment\nMore than 6 months of experience with forming or bending machines\nMore than 6 months of experience reading drawings or blueprints\nExperience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools.\nAdditional Information:\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to stand on feet continuously during working shift.\nAble to lift and bend on a continuous basis\nAble to regularly lift 35 pounds without assistance.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy and procedure.\nWorking Conditions:\nExposure to cold/heat weather conditions while shipping doors are open\nFast paced working, while maintaining safety priorities\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
