The core hours are 6 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSystem Management and Maintenance\nHelp oversee the operation and health of the CMMS/EAM system, ensuring accurate asset data, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.\nConfigure, upgrade, and maintain the CMMS software, including creating and modifying work order templates, asset entries, and job plans.\nEnsure integration of the CMMS with facility maintenance programs and operational workflows.\nData Integrity and Analysis\nMaintain accurate asset records, including cost, type, location, and criticality.\nMonitor and validate data entry by technicians to ensure reliability for reporting and analysis.\nAnalyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support decision-making.\nTraining and Support\nTrain staff and field personnel on CMMS usage, ensuring proper adoption and effective system utilization.\nProvide technical guidance, troubleshoot system issues, and support end users in both office and field settings.\nPreventive Maintenance and Process Improvement\nDevelop, monitor, and adjust preventive maintenance programs, including task frequency, completion rates, and performance metrics.\nStandardize maintenance task descriptions, naming conventions, and completion intervals across the organization.\nIdentify system shortcomings and implement corrective measures to improve operational efficiency.\nTrack incoming and outgoing assets, update CMMS accordingly.\nDevelop P.M procedures for new equipment & machinery.\nReporting and Compliance\nGenerate technical, business, and audit reports for management and regulatory compliance.\nServe as the point of contact for audits, providing required CMMS data and documentation.\nParts & Warranty\nEstablish warranty scope and warranty requirements for applicable equipment and machinery.\nEnter parts in CMMS system and manage inventory through work orders.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution\nEducational or working experience using computers and software applications with a demonstrated ability to navigate and learn new software systems.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
