AI-enabled engineering solutions.\nPromote component reuse, self-service engineering capabilities, and engineering data management excellence.\nCapability Development & Stakeholder Engagement:\nBuild organizational engineering capabilities through standards, training, knowledge management, and Skills Development learning programs.\nCollaborate with engineering leaders, PMOs, IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of engineering methods, tools, and best practices.\nFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's/ Master's in Engineering, MBA is preferred.\n\"\n10+ years of program/ portfolio management experience.\n2+ years of experience in direct leadership\"\n\"\nMBA
