Provide technical leadership in quality improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to reduce defects and enhance process capability.Lead the implementation of new products to series production in order to support the company’s future GSN product Strategy.\n1.Process Management & OptimizationLead the development, change, and optimization of manufacturing process to meet quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity targets.\nResponsible for the process documents, including process flow charts, PFMEA, work instructions, ECR and other related reports.\nEvaluate the process capability and ensure key processes meet required capability targets.\n\n2.New Product Implement & Engineering SupportSupport new product projects from prototype test through trial production.\nCoordinate with R&D, ETO, Quality, Production and Warehouse department to ensure manufacturability and process stability.\nIdentify potential manufacturing risks and implement preventive actions in time.\n\n3.Continuous ImprovementLead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other structured improvement method.\nEliminate process waste, bottlenecks and non-value-added activities.\nDrive cost out through material utilization improvement, labor efficiency improvement, automation, tooling optimization and process redesign.\n\n4.Quality & Problem SolvingLead root cause analysis for process-related quality problems, customer complaints, internal defects, and production abnormalities.\nUse problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, fishbone diagram, PFMEA, SPC, 8D, and statistical analysis.\nMake countermeasures and implement actions to prevent the problems during the production.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing process documentation, technical analysis, and improvement evidence.\nCollaborate with Quality Engineering to improve process control and reduce defects.\n\n5.Purchasing, Tooling & EquipmentDesign tooling, fixtures, dolly, and automation solutions to improve productivity and quality.\nDefine technical requirements for new equipment, tooling, and process automation projects.\nResponsible for the equipment selection, installation, commissioning, qualification, and production handover. \n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or above \nMinimum 5 years of process engineering or related experience\nMechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
