Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThis role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and customer support activities related to Switchgear, Padmount and Engineer to Order (ETO) Assembly operations. The Master Scheduler plays a critical role in coordinating customer orders, manufacturing schedules, material availability, and delivery commitments while partnering closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, customer service, project management, and product line teams\nAs a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that align customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability. Key responsibilities include:\nProduction Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop and maintain a rolling 13-week master production schedule.\nSchedule multiple production lines.\nAnalyze production capacity, material availability, and customer demand to establish production priorities.\nCoordinate production rescheduling activities and Revised Goods Issue Dates (RGID) to support changing customer requirements and material constraints.\nManage order releases and support plant On Time to Release (OTR) objectives.\nDrive accountability for past-due production orders and schedule performance metrics.\nProcess Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), ensuring production orders accurately reflect BOM updates.\nMaintain planning BOM accuracy and support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities.\nUtilize SAP reports to monitor scheduling performance, inventory accuracy, serial number allocations, aged orders, and backflush transactions.\nCustomer & Operational Support\nServe as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, customer service, and project management teams.\nCommunicate schedule changes, expedite requests, shipping delays, and order status updates to internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport production planning decisions based on business priorities and customer commitments.\nReport performance metrics including scheduled units, revenue, lead times, and schedule attainment.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations, OR a High School Diploma or GED minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in related field\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in materials planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, or related supply chain activities.\nRelocation benefits are being offered for this position. Candidates that currently reside or are willing to relocate within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI will be considered.
