This position is ONSITE Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm at our Arden (Asheville) NC Eaton facility.\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating manufacturing activities to achieve maximum productivity, while maintaining world-class standards in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. This role supports the Plant, Operations and Manufacturing Managers in developing and implementing processes that promote a zero-incident safety culture, maximize production output, maintain equipment reliability, and reduce overall operational costs.\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn this role:\nSupervise daily production operations and provide direct leadership to employees within the assigned area.\nSupport hiring, staffing, and performance management activities; maintain accurate departmental records for productivity, quality, and attendance.\nCoach, motivate, and counsel employees to drive performance, engagement, and ongoing skill development.\nAccurately manage timecards, attendance, and scheduling in Kronos, including work schedules, vacations, and overtime.\nLead and support plant-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.\nDevelop and execute staffing plans and production schedules to meet or exceed operational targets.\nPlan and prioritize production activities based on customer delivery requirements, operational efficiency, and material availability.\nMonitor departmental and plant-wide performance to ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently achieved or exceeded.\nPromote and utilize company systems and tools to ensure effective execution of processes within assigned areas.\nDrive employee engagement in Lean manufacturing initiatives, including standard work, 5S, pull systems, team empowerment, and structured problem-solving.\nChampion a behavioral-based safety culture focused on achieving zero incidents.\nFoster a positive work environment aligned with company values, encouraging continuous improvement and employee engagement.\nCommunicate policies, procedures, and expectations clearly and ensure consistent adherence.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize workflow and meet quality and delivery expectations.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support business objectives.\nQualifications:\nBasic REQUIRED Qualifications:\nMust meet one of the following Education requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in from an accredited institution;\n\nOR\nAssociate’s degree from an accredited institution with 2+ years of leadership experience;\n\nOR\nHigh school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of operations experience, including 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience\n\nMust be flexible and available to work overtime as business needs require.\nMust be able to work Friday Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm.\nMust b able to demonstrate strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and understand complex manufacturing and business systems.\nNo relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood SC work location will be considered.
