Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe NPI Procurement Project Manager will lead end-to-end Supply Chain activities for complex Engineer-to-Order (ETO) New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring supplier readiness, competitive cost, risk mitigation, industrialization, and successful transition into serial production.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Supply Chain activities from early product development through industrialization, production ramp-up, and stabilization.\n\nTranslate engineering and customer requirements into effective sourcing and Supply Chain strategies.\n\nDevelop sourcing strategies and coordinate supplier qualification, industrialization, launch readiness, and performance.\n\nPartner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, and GPO teams to achieve project cost, quality, delivery, and timeline objectives.\n\nManage complex BOMs, component sourcing, supplier shortages, engineering changes, Supply Chain risks, and project milestones.\n\nDrive supplier engagement, issue resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigation throughout NPI projects.\n\nLead product cost management and support TCO optimization, VA/VE, Design-to-Cost, and continuous cost-reduction initiatives.\n\nEnsure successful handover to operational procurement and Supply Chain teams following production stabilization.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.\n5-8 years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supply chain planning.\nAt least 4 years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, escalation management, and shortage mitigation.\nExperience with NPI, product launches, industrial transfers, or manufacturing operations.\nKnowledge of SAP/ERP systems, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office.\nFluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.\nSkills:\nStrong project and program management skills.\nStrong strategic sourcing and supplier management capabilities.\nKnowledge of ProLaunch 2.0, APQP, or Stage-Gate methodologies would be a plus.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global matrix environment.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes, Supply Chain cost drivers, and supplier industrialization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat We Offer:\nBeing part of a company that has been in business for more than 100 years, is well known in the industry, and has a major impact on the energy industry.\nWork in a company that is commitment to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability.\nAnnual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system.\nOngoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
