It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential-and where you can help us reach ours.\nEssential Functions:\nYou will promote a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by proactively addressing and resolving concerns, and escalating issues to your supervisor as appropriate.\nYou will work directly with the manufacturing team to ensure that customer orders are executed in a timely and efficient manner and that the most urgent orders are fulfilled first.\nYou will review orders and associated documentation (drawings, travel documents, bills of material) as needed to ensure the team has the appropriate information to complete the job and to assist with troubleshooting problems with the order documentation\nYou will communicate professionally to provide updates on the status of specific orders, resolve issues with production and promote teamwork across departments.\nYou will serve as a subject matter expert and support functional training efforts of the team.\nWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we - as individuals and as a company - are stronger.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.\n2 years of manufacturing experience.\nMust be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.\nMust live within 50 miles of Sumter SC to be considered. No relocation benefits offered.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree from an accredited institution.\nStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively manage projects and initiatives with multiple priorities.\nExperience with Eaton systems including order entry (Vista), material management (DMM), MRP/ERP (AS400).\nSkills:\nPosition Criteria:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem solving skills. Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within team environment.\nAble to direct and influence others without formal leadership authority.\nWilling to work flexible hours and overtime in support of business needs.\nProficient with computers and programs including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint\nWorking knowledge of Lean concepts\nMust work somewhat independently and make decisions that affect the workgroup.
