Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Senior Payroll Analyst supports accurate and compliant payroll operations by managing specialized payroll activities and resolving employee issues. This role is responsible for administering employee overpayments, supporting wage and tax statement inquiries, coordinating garnishment processing, and maintaining the accuracy of time and labor data. The Payroll Analyst also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve the employee experience. In addition, the role partners with stakeholders on payroll projects and initiatives, helping implement new processes, systems, and compliance requirements that support operational excellence and sustainable business results.\nIn this function you will:\nManage employee overpayments. Review exceptions and resolve overpayment items to support accurate payroll processing.\nSupport employment tax inquiries. Resolve requests related to annual wage and tax statements.\nCoordinate employee garnishments. Gather, organize, and submit garnishment information for processing.\nMaintain accurate time and labor data. Process historical corrections and review pending workforce management issues.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and improve the employee payroll experience.\nSupport payroll projects. Partner with stakeholders to implement new processes, continuous improvement, systems, and compliance requirements while ensuring successful execution and sustainable results.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of 3 years experience working in finance, HR or IT.\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered.
