Relocation assistance is available to qualified candidates currently residing in the US.\nThis position provides financial leadership to the CPA manufacturing facility, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and to achieve overall plant targets. This role connects finance processes with operations, providing guidance, drive actions, and financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nFinancial Analysis: Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to the operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drives accountability for results and defining key performance metrics together with business leaders\nDecision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational decision-making, such as evaluating capital deployment opportunities or new projects.\nDriving initiatives (including CAPEX and INVENTORY) and influence changes: ensure productivity improvements and growth in areas such as operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality and supply chain management\nCollaborative Planning: Work closely with the operations team to develop action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial insights. Drive and monitor the implementation of the plans\nFinancial Modeling: Create financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational performance.\nRisk Management: Identify financial risks within the operations and propose mitigation strategies.\nPerformance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets.\nCost Management: Monitor and manage operational costs to achieve efficiency and cost-reduction while maintaining quality.\nInventory Management: Implement Inventory control actions and initiatives to maximize operational profitability while maximizing cash\nTalent Management: Builds organizational capability through successful hiring, talent development, and succession planning in the business\nForecasting: lead the main financial processes for the site, such forecasts and profit plan\nCost Accounting: Analyze and interpret financial data related to the costs incurred by a company during its operations with the primary objective to provide valuable insights to management, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and overall financial performance.\nInterim State Job Responsibilites: Lead and support the finance and plant leadership teams through finance transformation:\nChampion the finance culture change at the plant level, aiding the finance team to operate as business partners.\nSupport all CoE and Transformation initiatives as required.\n\nQualifications:\nBasic (required) Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or other related areas from an accredited institution.\nFive (5) years of progressive experience in accounting/finance working in or supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment/organization.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
