This is a remote role, with the requirement that candidates are based out of Raleigh, NC.\nThe Customer Support- Preventive Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for proactively managing the “Preventive Maintenance” work orders. In this role, you will manage scheduling preventive maintenance work orders by interfacing with customers and Customer Support Engineers, resolving outstanding issues while focusing on contract compliance. This position will leverage geographic efficiency with local customers (internal/external) and maintain continuous and effective communication with cross functional departments. This position supports a 24/7 business. This position will effectively communicate with outside and inside sales, Area Managers, Customer Support Engineers and Vendor to ensure effective service occurs.\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year.\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nIn this role you will:\nManage all aspects of PM scheduling associated with assigned service territory\nSchedule PM work orders for Customer Service Engineers and Vendors to maximize Customer Service Engineers’ time and efficiency by maintaining and managing contract compliance with work orders, contacting customers for scheduling of PMs and documenting the efforts per the PM scheduling process.\nMaintain the preventive maintenance report list and update critical account information in Salesforce. Access SAP to obtain confirmation of PM contract coverage and PM site contact information.\nCollaborate with Area Managers / Supervisors / CSEs / Other Support staff in various teams to drive PM completions and contract compliance.\nPartner with Sales and Contract representatives to obtain information and/or resolve issues.\nAccess PowerBi Dashboards and produce reports for PMs and distribute to service territory.\nProvide weekend phone coverage on a rotational basis.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution\nMinimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high volume technical customer support role\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, and Excel)\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.\nThis is a remote role- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.\nCandidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, NC\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution\nExperience working with SalesForce and SAP\nExperience reviewing and managing large volumes of data\nStrong customer focus & commitment to providing world class customer support\nAbility to work as a partner to support a distributed workforce\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively under deadlines in fast-paced environment\nStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently with little direct supervision\nAbility to adapt to change\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
