Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPerform all duties required to set up, assemble, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment\nPlan and perform mold set up and processing to ensure optimal utilization of labor and machinery\nTroubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials, and equipment and make repairs and adjustments as needed or escalate for additional technical assistance\nAssemble molds and components as specified by orders, routers, and blueprints\nBreak down, clean, and store used molds and components, removing carbon, rust, or excess rubber\nPerform first piece inspections of parts to ensure they are in tolerance\nPerform molding operation duties as needed to maintain flow of work through the department\nMaintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner\nPerform other duties as required\nQualifications:\nBasic (Required) Qualifications:\nMust have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution\nA minimum of two (2) years of experience programming, setting, running, and performing maintenance on manufacturing machinery\nExperience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.\nThis position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
