What you’ll do:
- 全面负责车间安全生产及主生产计划（MPS）执行，保证按时交付。
- 负责控制和持续提高装配质量，提升团队自主发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。
- 根据生产计划有序组织生产，及时协调解决生产过程中的异常问题，确保生产顺畅。
- 推动三支柱运营文化，组织实施5s/RIE等持续改善活动，持续提升生产效率及产能。
- 负责一线员工的技能提升、班长及线长的基层管理水平提升，打造高绩效团队。
- 负责绩效考评和梯队建设，定期组织技能竞赛和专项培训，提升专业能力。
- 负责车间运营成本管理与优化，持续改善加班、在制品库存及能源消耗等，不断提升运营效率和成本竞争力。
- 全面负责外包工序的管理。
- 负责生产运营数据管理，通过月度运营数据分析识别改善机会并推动落实。
Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历，电气、机械、工业工程等理工类相关专业;
- 8-10年以上制造业生产管理经验，熟悉高低压电气成套设备制造流程者优先;
- 熟悉精益生产、质量管理、EHS管理体系及持续改善工具;
- 具备较强的生产组织、跨部门协调、团队管理及问题解决能力;
- 具备良好的数据分析能力和结果导向意识;
- 具有较强的责任心、执行力和团队领导力。
