The Production Operator will be required to carry out production tasks associated with the manufacturing process. Ensuring that the product is manufactured in the most cost-effective way and to the required quality standards whilst maintaining customer delivery dates.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWhat you’ll do:\nProduction build tasks will include:-\nMechanical assembly\nConventional PCB assembly\nSurface mount hand fit assembly\nWiring and/or cable assembly\nPCB cleaning (manual & automated)\nComponent preparation\nSelf inspection\nPacking product\nYou will be building product in accordance with Customer drawings, using the Production process notes as an aid to manufacturing, and completing Production documentation with required information as instructed and as per quality standards.\nEnsure the shop floor is kept neat and tidy at all times, in accordance with FOD and 6s procedures.\nMonitor and comply with Company Procedures, including ESD and Health and Safety practices.\nFrom time to time you may be requested to carry out other tasks. These tasks will be within your certified capabilities or carried out with training or supervision.\nSkills:\nGood attention to detail and dexterity skills\nAbility to follow process notes accurately.\nHas electronics experience\nExperience of working in an ESD controlled environment\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
