This position ensures the timely availability of finished parts and sub-assemblies to meet customer demands while aligning with production capacity and inventory strategies. Working closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and customer service, the Planner drives high service levels and customer satisfaction.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop and maintain production plan schedules, aligned with Customer Demand, inventory, delivery targets and capacity.\nCoordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, to ensure the timely delivery of finished parts to meet customer demand\nOwnership and management of S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) to ensure timely delivery of Aftermarket works orders.\nParticipate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and planning reviews to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operational constraints.\nPartner with Value Stream Manager to determine resource requirements and align internal and external resources with forecasted aftermarket demand, ensuring availability of materials, labour and production capability.\nCollaborate with Customer support and Program management teams to understand contract requirements, warranty policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).\nMonitor inventory levels and optimize stock of parts to avoid shortages or excess inventory.\nGenerate work orders, purchase requisitions, and shipping schedules\nTrack order progress, resolve delays, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on supply chain optimization, planning accuracy, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) in all Aftermarket planning activities\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3-5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or Aftermarket support, preferably within the aerospace or a highly regulated industry.\nWorking knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS).\nUnderstanding of aerospace Aftermarket operations, including repairs, spares, and obsolescence management.\nSkills:\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities\nWhat we offer:\nOpportunity to work in a global, highly collaborative environment\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nStrong focus on learning, development, and career progression\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package\nA culture that promotes inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
