The position oversees manufacturing operations, capacity planning, technology integration, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and develop the production team, building skills, engagement, ethical awareness, and a strong zero-accident safety cultur\nOwn overall production performance, including quality, cost, delivery, and capacity planning in line with demand\nDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence using the Eaton Business System and Continuous Improvement System\nIntroduce, integrate, and optimise production technologies, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability\nEnsure full compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and management system requirements (ISO standards, Safety First)\nTake responsibility for manufacturing quality, including operator self-inspection and adherence to work standards\nOversee technical production fundamentals such as bills of materials, work plans, and manufacturing documentation\nProvide technical and operational support to projects, field sales, and service activities\nQualifications and skills:\nTechnical education (apprenticeship, secondary technical school or equivalent) with relevant industry experience\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in a production or manufacturing-related environment\nStrong understanding of low voltage architecture, components, system design, and manufacturing constraints\nSolid knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes\nFamiliarity with engineering tools such as EPLAN Electric P8 is an advantage\nProven leadership capability with experience in team development and people management\nFluent German\nWhat we offer:\nA performance-oriented and attractive remuneration, depending on education, qualifications, and professional experience, of approximately EUR 70,000 gross per year, paid in 14 monthly instalments (overpayment above this amount is possible depending on qualifications and experience).\nFlexible working solutions\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethics are important for us\nCulture & Values - we are more than the products we invent and produce - the way we do business is just as important.
