Programs may include, but are not limited to on-the-job training, classroom training, and assisting in the hiring and onboarding process\nCollaborate with functional leaders on facilitating and implementing cross-training throughout the facility as well as focusing on the manning strategy to ensure all areas are covered\nAssist training coordinator as needed to update training records, develop/update training content, and ensure training compliance\nContinuously develop skills and knowledge by cross training in different areas\nAct as a subject matter expert in CPA processes and flex into production as needed\nLead by example in areas such as safety, Eaton’s leadership attributes, initiative, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and product knowledge\nParticipate and lead continuous initiatives and support other projects as needed.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.\nMinimum 6 months experience conducting production training.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
