# Program Management Analyst

Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days home office). . The expected annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you’ll do: Maintain engineering documentation in legacy PLM systems, including PCM and Enovia. Implement Engineering Change Notices and update specifications and bills of material (BOM) accordingly. Prepare routine financial analysis summaries for NPI programs. Review approval workflows for part releases. Prepare quarterly release statistics and track project hours and resources. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Monitor and report program progress and performance metrics. Basic (Required) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in finance, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
