The role will lead major strategic, repeater, regional or global ESS programs through the complete lifecycle, from requirements and planning through development, validation, industrialization and launch. The Program Manager will also establish and maintain an integrated view of the ESS program portfolio, support roadmap and waterline health, strengthen resource and capacity visibility, and provide leadership-ready portfolio reporting. In addition, the role will strengthen PMO execution capability through standardized program-management methods, portfolio analytics, dashboards, digital solutions, automation and practical AI-enabled use cases. The balance across direct program leadership, portfolio governance and execution excellence will be aligned with ESS business priorities.\n\"\nLead one or more major strategic, repeater, regional or global ESS programs from requirements definition and planning through development, validation, industrialization and launch.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies and launch readiness.\nLead global cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, finance, commercial and other functions; drive accountability for commitments and deliverables.\nEstablish business-case baselines with key stakeholders, including benefits, cost, assumptions, risks and opportunities, milestones and implementation scenarios; clearly articulate financial and business impacts.\nLead program reviews, decision-gate preparation and executive communication; escalate major constraints and decisions requiring leadership support.\nDrive risk identification, mitigation and recovery planning when performance deviates from the approved baseline.\nEstablish and maintain an integrated master view of the ESS program portfolio, including active and planned strategic, NPI and NTI programs.\nCoordinate ESS portfolio roadmaps, waterline health, prioritization and the ESS-level ProPM data and portfolio-review rhythm.\nConsolidate program information into leadership-ready views covering portfolio health, milestones, gates, investment, resource demand, risks, dependencies and strategic exceptions.\nSupport fact-based start, stop, continue and prioritization decisions; track leadership decisions and resulting actions.\nSupport ESS capacity-versus-demand governance, resource forecasting, forecast-versus-actual analysis and identification of cross-program constraints.\nDrive consistent use of standard program plans, schedules, risk-management methods, PROLaunch documentation and executive dashboards.\nSupport deployment and adoption of ProPM, PROLaunch, CCPM and PROLaunch Studio practices, as applicable.\nDevelop portfolio analytics and dashboards that improve visibility to schedule, gate performance, resources, risks, investment, launch readiness and portfolio trends.\nAutomate repetitive program and portfolio reporting and develop practical digital and AI-enabled program-management use cases.\nCapture lessons learned, share best practices and lead continuous-improvement actions that improve execution predictability and reduce low-value administrative work.\"\nQualifications:\nB.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. or equivalent degree in engineering, business, operations or a related field\n10+ years of experience in complex engineering, product-development, NPI, program-management or portfolio/PMO roles\nSkills:\nGlobal program and portfolio management; business-case development; integrated planning; stage-gate product-development processes; PROLaunch, ProPM, decision-gate and portfolio-review governance; risk and issue management; waterline and roadmap management; resource and capacity planning; financial and schedule analysis; portfolio analytics; executive dashboards; digital workflow and automation. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project and collaboration/work-management platforms such as JIRA, JAMA and Confluence.
