With a rapidly growing market, DCPD is investing in new products, technology, and expanded manufacturing capacity to drive the next generation of data centers. To support this growth, we're adding a Program Manager to our team.\nIn this role, you'll lead complex new product development programs, collaborate across functions, and help bring innovative power solutions to market.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSuccessfully execute and manage large product development projects across multiple offices and time zones.\nCreate comprehensive business plans for product development projects.\nDrive continuous improvement and lean culture to achieve successful project outcomes.\nCollaborate with functional organizations to develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans necessary for project completion.\nWork with functional teams, program managers, and the executive team to enhance the maturity of program management processes, tools and systems, optimizing productivity to drive growth.\nAddress ambiguous challenges by applying expertise in project management, change management, and communications.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in new Product Development Engineering\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience in Program Management\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
