Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements-communication and managing customer expectations and contractual commitments internal to the business.\nMonitor and report on program and project progress, and ensure transparency and visibility across the organization. Provide training to educate and reinforce Scrum methodology and Agile/SAFe/LEAN framework to the team members.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans and strategies. Responsible for working with the Product Owner in backlog management and for maintaining team burn-down charts, and other key metrics such as cumulative flow progress at a project level.\nStreamline operational processes and procedures, and ensure efficient and effective program delivery\nManages complex New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction (NTI), and Technology Exploration projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery and successful execution within the division's technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.\nEnsure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by coordinating PM reviews, and preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports.\nCoordinate all risks and requirements of the project by planning, controlling, and integrating all project activities and deliverables and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved.\nProvides periodic project updates (Program Status Report - Green/Yellow/Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high-risk areas (e.g., technical, cost, and schedule).
