We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.\nThe Project Co-ordinator role at Eaton provides high-quality administrative, commercial, and systems support to Project Managers delivering PQ, UPS, and critical infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate project data, managing SAP project transactions, supporting financial governance, and ensuring projects are executed in line with contractual, commercial, and PMO requirements.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCreating and maintaining project records in line with PMO processes, including SAP, SharePoint, Clockify, and related systems.\n\nActing as a subject matter expert for SAP Project System (PS) and project-related contract transactions.\n\nManaging project financial administration, including invoices, revenue, purchase orders, sales orders, forecasting, inventory, and margin tracking.\n\nCoordinating billing schedules and revenue recognition in line with contract milestones and project structure.\n\nLeading month end financial close activities by working with Project Managers, Engineers, and Finance to ensure timely approval of revenue, billing, and supporting documents.\n\nPreparing invoices, delivery notes, and commercial documentation, including bank guarantees and maintenance contracts.\n\nMonitoring and reporting overall project financial health and providing weekly project status, billing, revenue, and margin forecasts.\n\nCoordinating procurement activities, including purchase order management and supplier creation requests with SCM.\n\nSupporting continuous PMO process improvement by standardising, documenting, and improving project and financial processes.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n3+ years' experience in project coordination, preferably within electrical, construction, building services or other project-based environments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience using SharePoint and SAP.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary with access to bonus scheme.\n\nInclusive and supportive working environment.\n\nOn-site parking.\n\nVolunteer days.\n\nOutstanding training and development programs for both professional and personal development.\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
