This role plays a key part in ensuring EHS compliance and excellence within strategic projects while supporting the deployment of EHS policies, procedures, and programs at both cluster and country level.\nThe position combines a strong project-oriented dimension with local operational support, requiring close collaboration with project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to address EHS requirements and ensure adherence to legal and company standards. Ideal candidates are proactive professionals with a strong safety mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.\nSuccess in this role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment while upholding Eaton’s high standards in safety, compliance, and operational excellence.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPromote Eaton’s Life Saving Rules, Zero Incident culture, and Ethics policy across all activities;\nEnsure full compliance with EHS legal requirements, customer standards, and Eaton MESH (Management Environmental Safety and Health reference book) guidelines;\nAct as the main EHS interface with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders;\nSupport deployment of corporate MESH programs across projects and local operations;\nManage contractor EHS compliance, including ISN platform oversight, onboarding, and training delivery;\nLead EHS incident reporting, escalation, and root cause investigations with corrective/preventive actions;\nConduct regular site audits and field EHS inspections to ensure safe operations;\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners to promote a safety-first culture.\nProjects scope (MED Cluster)\nEnsure EHS documentation compliance (RAMS, safety plans, certifications) through creation, review, and updates;\nPlan and coordinate EHS activities throughout the full project lifecycle to meet key milestones;\nParticipate in project meetings with customers and internal teams, providing EHS expertise and updates;\nDeliver EHS training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors on project sites\nQualifications:\nRequiered: 3+ years of experience in EHS program management within industrial or service project environments;\nRequiered: Health and Safety professional education in Spain (Máster Universitario en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales);\nAdvantage: Master/ Engineering degree in relevant related subject;\nAdvantage: Project management certificate/ course.\nSkills:\nProven experience in a similar EHS role with strong project management capabilities;\nSolid knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and corporate frameworks (e.g., MESH);\nExpertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and EHS performance management;\nStrong understanding of safety leadership, behavioral safety practices (e.g., coaching, ABC model), and culture development;\nSubject matter expertise in at least one EHS discipline (Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health, or Systems);\nFluency in Spanish and advanced English; Italian is a plus;\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills;\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and build strong team collaboration;\nProficiency with digital tools (Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps) and a continuous improvement mindset.\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package;\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team;\nWe make your aspirations matter - Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible;\nWe make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term - not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University;\nWe make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies;\nWe make your wellbeing matter - We put your health and safety first.
