Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E \n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nWe are looking for a proactive and technically strong Project Engineer - SAP to drive the evolution of our SAP landscape in a rapidly scaling organization. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing SAP to the next level by improving processes, enabling system integration, and ensuring seamless communication between SAP and external systems. You will work at the intersection of business and IT, translating operational needs into scalable SAP solutions.\n\nSAP Development & Optimization\n\nLead initiatives to enhance and optimize SAP processes across the organization\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and data integrity\n\nConfigure and support SAP modules in alignment with business needs\n\nEnsure SAP supports company growth, scalability, and standardization\n\nSystem Integration & Interfaces\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems (e.g., MES, WMS, CRM, supplier platforms)\n\nEnsure reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange across systems\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues and interface failures\n\nCollaborate with external vendors and IT partners on system connectivity\n\nProject Management\n\nLead SAP-related projects and system improvement initiatives\n\nManage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and supply chain\n\nDrive structured implementation of new functionalities and tools\n\nBusiness Process Alignment\n\nTranslate business requirements into SAP solutions and technical specifications\n\nWork closely with stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational processes\n\nSupport process standardization and best practice implementation\n\nData & Performance Management\n\nEnsure high data quality and consistency across systems\n\nMonitor system performance and drive continuous improvements\n\nSupport reporting and analytics improvements through SAP data structures\n\nQualifications:\n\nSeveral years of experience in project management.
