Take end-to-end ownership of complex and/or critical projects, with greater accountability for project outcomes, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and team leadership, beyond task execution and coordination.\nReview project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.\nAllocate resources and confer with project, service, operations, sales & finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.\nEnsure the company's and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met.\nEstablish project plan, milestones and deliverables in consultation with customers.\nDirect and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.\nPrepare project status reports for management & customer's.\nWork in a team environment to achieve the division’s targets.\nComply with the company's policies and procedures.\nActively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements, creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project.\nThroughout project life cycle, identifies and assess all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools; Ensure risks monitored in all project phases\nTo play a key role in project team and take advantage of good ownership and strong sense of responsibility to support team move forward, to motivate, inspire colleagues improvement\nQualifications:\nBS/BA degree of majoring on electrical or mechanical engineering.\nMinimum 5 years of project management or 5 years sales support and/or engineering experience plus demonstrated leadership skills.\nStrong Application knowledge for power engineered products; Time management; Market/Competitive knowledge.\nCommunication skills.\nFluent spoken and written English.\nAt Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
