Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nUse modern project and program management tools and techniques to aid in the execution of projects related to the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS).\nDevelop and maintain effective relationships with customers, support Sales with initial and follow-up quotations for customers, interface and coordinate with other plants and business units within the company and outside vendors to procure parts and services for the district.\nCreate clear and achievable cost, quality, and schedule objectives and follow these objectives through to successful completion; Reports, forecasts, and presents project financial activity to Eaton’s management.\nEstimate, prepare, submit, and manage change orders between customer and Eaton\nQualifications:\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree and prior experience leading and managing large ($100k+) service engineering projects of complex scope OR in lieu of a degree a minimum of 3 years’ experience leading and managing large ($100k+) service engineering projects of complex scope.\nMinimum 1 year of commissioning electrical equipment in construction/data center/mission critical environment.\nThis role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver’s license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution\nPMP Certified\nPrevious experience in coaching/mentoring of field personnel.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve complaints.\nSkills:\nPOSITION CRITERIA:\nSuccessfully complete and maintain compliance with Eaton’s safety program and policy; This includes role-applicable portions of the EESS Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) program and any required annual re-certifications thereafter.\nIn-depth knowledge of Eaton Power Monitoring software (Power Xpert, PowerNet, Foreseer, Brightlayer)\nSubmit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings.\nStrong organizational, project, time and task management skills, with use of personal computers and software systems to manage and track numerous priorities.\nCandidate needs to have a working knowledge of the overall sales function in regards to managing scope and necessary change order documentation\nStrong verbal communication; Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel\nDemonstrated leadership and coaching/mentoring ability.\nThis role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy and requires a current, unrestricted driver's license along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
