The successful candidate will manage project specifications and requirements while managing resource schedules (internal and subcontractors).\nWhat you’ll do:\nDeliver projects in accordance with the Eaton Project Management Model.\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and escalate as required.\nPerform risk management and review with PMO manager to minimize project risks.\nReview financial obligations, time bars, bank guarantees and ensure compliance to those requirements.\nReview and discuss technical challenges and gaps with engineering team and ensure it is addressed promptly.\nConvert commercial and technical gaps to opportunities.\nCoordinate and manage project resources e.g. project coordinator and document controller, effectively and deficiently.\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.\nDevelop a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress and provide fortnightly updates.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.\nMeets financial objectives by forecasting regularly, updating SAP, and reporting changes to PMO Analyst and PMO manager.\nQualifications:\n5+ years’ experience in project management in electrical industry.\nSound technical knowledge of project systems, tools, and methodologies e.g, SAP. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nHighly motivated, reliable, and independent team member.\nSolid organization and time-management skills.\nAttention to details and strong in logic thinking.\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive salary, car allowance and bonus\nOn-site parking\nInclusive and supportive working environment\nVolunteer days\nOutstanding training and development programs for both professional and personal development\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
