This position is to provide project management expertise and lead teams of designers, engineers, construction managers, suppliers, and contractors.\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 - $165,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead electrical upgrade projects involving substations, plant control systems, excitation systems, governor controls, SCADA, and power distribution systems.\nRead, interpret, and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nManage all phases of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, procurement, and risk management.\nOversee subcontractor selection, contracting, performance, and budget management.\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, confined space, and rigging practices.\nEstablish and maintain project quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) processes and accurate project documentation, including as-builts and punch lists.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, progress reports, action item logs, and contingency plans to drive successful project delivery.\nLead project meetings and communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.\nSupport proposal development, including estimating and scoping of turnkey project opportunities.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management and/or senior field service experience; OR Associate degree and 10+ years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED and 15+ years of experience.\nMinimum five (5) years of experience managing electrical power distribution, switchgear, automation, controls, and/or power systems projects, including multi-disciplinary civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.\nMinimum five (5) years of experience managing project budgets, forecasts, proposals, schedules, and overall project financial performance.\nMinimum three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar project scheduling software.\nMust be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
