Project Quality Engineer is responsible for meeting internal and external quality standards, industry regulations and Customer specifications.\nQuality responsible in product projects\nParticipate in project team as quality team member\nResponsible for the quality deliverables in project development process (prolaunch)\nThe scope is new product introductions and new customer adaptation projects\nLead Quality Plan development including integration of inputs from Customer, Suppliers and internal Eaton team members\nDevelop quality plan, control plans, test plans\nRisk management\nLead risk management activities with cross functional stakeholders: project risk, product risks\nIdentify risk related to customer requirements, new features, new changes\nDevelop and lead the risk mitigation plans\nParticipates in D FMEA as quality expert and as voice of the customer\nLessons Learned: Lead systematic, cross-functional Lessons Learned process and cooperate with project team implementation of identified action\nProject & Change Leadership\nWork closely with Program and Project Management, Field Service Engineers, Product Engineering, Supplier Chain Management, Operations and other cross-functional partners.\nClearly distinguish facts, evidence, assumptions, and conclusions\nCommunicate technical issues effectively to engineering, commercial, and customer stakeholders\nPromote disciplined, evidence-based quality decision making aligned to customer expectations\nIs responsible for risk management, creating control and quality plans\nRegulatory Compliance and Adherence to Standards\nEnsure adherence to applicable Customer, industry standards and Eaton requirements.\nSupplier Quality Management\nPartner with Supplier Quality to ensure consistent alignment with Customer and Eaton standards.\nReview deliverables and compliance evidence from external suppliers.\nSupport /Review audits, assessments, PPAP etc.\nManufacturing Quality\nPartner with Plant Manufacturing Quality to ensure consistent alignment with Customer and Eaton standardsSupport /Review audits, assessments, PPAP etc.\n\nCustomer Quality\nCooperate with Customer Quality for successful Factory Witness Test/Factory Acceptance Test\nOrganizational Development: Training, Coaching & Capability Building\nContinuously pursue self-development opportunities.\nStay up to speed with internal and external process and procedures updates and enhancements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline. \nSolid experience (5+ years) in product and project management\nExperience in risk management, control and quality plans\nExperience in quality, product engineering or manufacturing engineering for electromechanical or safety-critical electronic systems\nSkills:\nElectrical product and UPS knowledge\nFamiliarity with FMEA\nExperience in Project Management\nDirect experience supporting customer quality issues\nExposure to factory and site quality environments\nExperience with FWT/FAT \nWhat we can offer to you:\nContract in fast growing global company\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nGreat promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
