Working closely with production teams on the shop floor, you will monitor quality performance, address quality issues, and support continuous improvement activities.\nYou will also participate in new product introductions and use quality tools, methodologies, and data to improve product quality, manufacturing performance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support quality improvement activities, participate in projects, and contribute to solving quality-related challenges.\nYou will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in quality tools, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement while contributing to a proactive quality culture across the site.\nSupport Manufacturing Quality Activities\nSupport quality performance for assigned production lines through monitoring, improvement initiatives, root cause resolution, and risk escalation.\nContribute to a proactive quality culture through prevention, risk management, and fact-based decision making.\nSupport New Product Introductions and Product Changes\nSupport PFMEA, Control Plan, risk assessment, and quality planning activities.\nParticipate in manufacturing readiness reviews, pilot builds, and production launches.\nAssess quality impacts and support change management activities.\nAnalyze Quality Performance and Solve Problems\nMonitor and analyze key quality metrics, including defects, complaints, FPY, scrap, rework, and CONC.\nDevelop reports and dashboards to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.\nCoordinate Quality Alert, containment, and escalation activities.\nEnsure Compliance and Support Continuous Improvement\nEnsure compliance with customer, regulatory, and Quality Management System requirements.\nSupport initiatives that improve product quality, process stability, and customer satisfaction.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Project teams to prevent quality issues and improve manufacturing quality.\nQualifications and Experience\nA few years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering.\nExperience in the electrical sector is considered an advantage.\nExperience supporting quality improvement activities.\nSkills and Competencies\nAbility to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.\nBasic understanding of structured problem-solving and risk-based thinking.\nAbility to contribute to improvement activities and follow through on actions.\nAbility to work independently while seeking support when needed.\nData-oriented mindset.\nWillingness to learn and develop professionally.\nCan-do attitude and proactive approach to moving tasks forward.\nMotivation to grow and build expertise in quality and manufacturing environments.\nWhat we can offer to you:\nContract in fast growing global company\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nGreat promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible\nExcellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
