If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWhat you’ll do:\nThis position will be responsible for inspecting products to ensure they meet company and customer quality expectations.\nIn this function you will:\nPerform part and product inspections, document the results, identify and quarantine Non-Conforming (NC) parts\nDetermine the Root Cause of Non-Conforming Parts\nVerify First Article Inspection (FAI) of all production lines\nPerform Control and Process audits as scheduled\nReport inspections and audits using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\nCreate Quality Alerts and notify operators of quality issues\nInvestigate Non-Conforming Product, use problem-solving techniques to resolve issues\nContribute to pre-production quality planning, including developing Quality Assembly documents, attending product and process reviews and technical training of production personnel\nSupport Manufacturing Engineering in machine capability studies for new and existing machines\nSupport Gage Calibration System\nComply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic):\nHigh School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship\nRelocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) will be considered.
