Below are a few of the outstanding benefits we offer:\nHealth benefits effective day one of employment. \nRetiremement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance, Wellness Reimbursement, and more!\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Regs Assembler is responsible for performing the final assembly operations of electricity regulators according to prescribed standard methods and procedures.\nIn this function, you will:\n\"\nPerform tasks across various work centers, including covers, pumps, basic assembly, single-pot assembly, two-pot assembly, all tap changer.\nBuild the product per work instructions and quality standards that are required in the assembly with use of calibrated tooling (pneumatic tools, power tools, hand tools, etc.).\nBuild and fulfill requirements needed; work closely with engineering, quality, and shipping department to ensure product is completed and shipped on time.\nConduct ratio testing on the unit and troubleshoot any potential problems found in order to complete ratio test.\nMove units by use of overhead cranes and power industrial vehicles.\nRepair units and components that have failed test, are defective or require other needed changes.\nParticipate in teardown, repair and modification of customer-supplied equipment as directed by engineering or quality departments.\nTroubleshoot as needed throughout the process.\nActively participates in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.\nAchieves and maintains target production rates or output levels, ensuring efficient operations and meeting organizational goals.\nAdhere to safety protocols, ensures efficient material handling, housekeeping practices (5S+), and company policies and procedures.\nPerform other manufacturing duties as assigned.\"\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered.
