As part of the Customer Repairs team, you will be delivering support to ensure excellent customer service to our Aftermarket customers.\nYou will represent the customer and ensure that their voice is heard and acted upon within Eaton MSD, whilst also understanding and working towards the goals of the business.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThis is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.\nReview all customer repair/upgrade/modification orders in accordance with departmental procedures, ensuring customer requirements are understood, communicated with the business and where necessary challenged with the customer prior to commencing work on the customer owned products.\nSupport the team on administration activities as required.\nSupport with the provision of information to support the quotation process\nAccurately load customer repair/upgrade/modification orders into Ultra’s ERP system.\nProvide quotations to the customers for work to be performed on their units.\nPlace/Expedite/Confirm purchase orders relating to parts returned to supplier.\nCoordinate the completion of PO review activity for customer services.\nCollate data for reporting purposes as and when required.\nQualifications:\nAerospace experience\nERP business system familiarity\nAwareness of export and import processes\nCompetent in using Microsoft office applications\nSkills:\nGood customer interface skills\nExceptional attention to detail\nWell organised, can plan and schedule work effectively\n Ability to work automatously and as part of a team\nWhat we offer:\nOpportunity to work in a global, highly collaborative environment\nChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\nStrong focus on learning, development, and career progression\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package\nA culture that promotes inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
