Responsible for Eaton's Pre-fabricated Modular Solution inclusive of Power DIstribution Assembly (PDA) and Power Quality (PQ) project sales in strategic segment within the territory.\nA. Drives Solution Business through End User, Turnkey Contractor, Electrical Contractor, or Project Distributor\nB. Consultantive Sales Approach with extensive technical design knowledge in Power Train Unit (PTU), SKID design, Power Distribution (MV and LV) and Power Quality (Uninterruptible Power Supply) complying to IEC\nC. Lead in developing product application knowledge with customer, include Power Transformer, Primary and Secondary Switchgear, Automatic Transfer Switch, BusDuct, Uninterruptible Power Supply, Lithium-Ion Battery within the application of SKID or PTU.\nD. Strong business acumen and Key Connectors to develop Data Center, Manufacturing, and/or critical facilities Segments\nE. Delivered assigned sales target\nF. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management SysteE. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:\n1. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking\n2. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS\n3. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements\n4. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals\n5. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS\n6.
