This exciting role offers opportunity to:\nEaton is looking for a Senior Analyst - Tax Technology to join our Global Tax team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of tax, finance, data, and technology - using analytics, automation, and strong data controls to improve tax compliance, reporting, governance, and audit readiness globally.\nYou'll collaborate with Tax, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Audit teams to solve complex data challenges, strengthen controls, and develop scalable solutions that improve how tax data is managed and used.\nExecute tax data assurance activities, including validations, reconciliations, control checks, source-to-report traceability, and audit-ready evidence.\nMonitor data quality and controls, investigate exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and drive sustainable remediation.\nSupport global tax reporting and compliance, including legal-entity and revenue reconciliations and FCCS/HFM processes.\nExtract, validate, and analyze financial and transactional data for tax compliance and internal and external audits.\nDevelop reporting, reconciliation, dashboard, and automation solutions using SAP, Oracle, SQL, Power BI, Dataiku, and Power Automate.\nStrengthen data governance through data lineage, controls, SOPs, data dictionaries, and clear ownership.\nPartner with global stakeholders to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and expand the use of technology and analytics across Tax.\nQualifications:\nRequirement:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field;
