Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDevelop and maintain Bid Manager configuration (Pick) rules for CPS product sub-assemblies.\nCreate and update engineering part number logic using Excel-based product matrices.\nPartner with Bid Manager developers to support new product introductions.\nWork closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure configuration data remains current and accurate.\nCollaborate with Order Management and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.\nSupport front-end product configuration tools through cross-functional knowledge and expertise.\nQualifications:\nRequired (Basic) Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technologies/Computer Science from an accredited institution\nMinimum of two (2) years’ related work experience\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in the electrical power or power management industry.\nExperience in a role requiring strong analytical skills, leadership, customer interaction, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing or engineering processes.\nSkills:\nWorking knowledge of Bid Manager or similar product configuration tools.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.\nAbility to analyze and collect data from internal and external sources, integrate disparate information into a coherent story and actionable proposal\nAbility to lead and influence multifunctional team without direct reporting relationship\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
