Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.\nWhat you’ll do:\nThe Senior EHS Analyst is responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of MESH (Management System for Environment, Safety, and Health) initiatives across the site, partnering closely with front-line leaders, group leaders, engineering teams, production employees, and maintenance personnel to drive a proactive safety culture. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental permitting requirements through effective project leadership and collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering. The Senior EHS Analyst develops and delivers safety training, provides technical guidance on EHS matters, leads regulatory compliance activities, and supports operations through incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to continuously improve site safety and environmental performance.\nIn this role you will:\nSupports site in achieving EHS targets & objectives. Supports development, maintenance and achievement of goals in support of corporate and business group EHS strategic initiatives.\nFacilitates risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Supports site leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks. Engages all shift and communicates updates on daily basis\nFacilitates engagement of site MESH Team in ownership of the MESH elements.\nWorks with leadership team and MESH element champions to complete an annual evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulations.\nUses established Corporate and site-specific data processes to manage injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, action items and other pertinent information. Examples include:\no MESH Prism: Injury/Illness\no Benchmark: Action planning\no Quality Management: Document Control\no OnSolve: Emergency Notifications\no Mission Metering: Water management\no DHEC ePermitting: Air and Stormwater Permitting\nSupports EHS training development in Eaton University Enterprise thru creation of training matrices, lesson plans and competency evaluations to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to effective completion\nWorks with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.\nSupports incident investigations, validating entries in MESH Prism and Benchmark to ensure on time closure and escalation of corrective actions\nAssists with process checks for all facets of Operations, not just EHS, to provide continuous improvement for the business as a whole.\nSupports ISO 14001 compliance\nLeads site-wide activities to support Eaton’s Zero Incident Culture for both Safety and Quality.\nLeads Emergency Response Team.\nQualifications:\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR three (3) years of experience in environmental, health and safety.\nEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
