Interface with products teams in EIIC and global locations; act as the liaison for program associated with associated simulation technologies\nMonitors progress and achievements on projects, ensure technical reviews and expert resolution of issues and monitor integration of work.\nExecutes projects as per recommendations and in compliance with ASPICE and IATF 16949\nDeploys FMEA/FMEDA process to enhance design robustness. Contribute to continued enhancement of architecture to support additional product features.Lead early-stage concept generation for MV transformers (1-phase and 3-phase), including electrical, power electronics, mechanical, thermal, controls, and sensing aspects.\nDevelop system architectures and trade studies (architecture matrices, feasibility assessments, down-selection frameworks).\nQualifications:\nB-Tech/BE / ME/Mtech\nMasters in Electrical / Power Electronics engineering with industry experience of over 6 years and proven track record in engineering research / analysis / product design in HV DC-AC inverter Power electronics. \n6+ Years of experience \nSkills:\nExperience in new product development projects and in the field of power electronics.\nKnowledge of quality standards and certifications (IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO14001)\nExcellent mastery of FMEA method for the design of new products\nExperience in hybrid / vehicle electrification\nExperience in ISO 26262 functional safety processes.\nExperience in following tools - MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice/ LT Spice/ Simetrix, PSIM/SABER.\nPreferred / Additional specialized knowledge\nExperience in pulsed power, capacitor chargers, electromagnetics, microelectronics, and thermal design is a plus.\nExperience in Analyzing and simulating power electronics systems including, analog, logical, and digital electronics.
