validation.\nLead root cause analysis of failures and ensure effective corrective measures across both product families.\nGuarantee compliance with IEC / 100 / 102 / 103 / 200 standards as well as customer-specific and utility requirements.\nMaintain technical documentation supporting certifications, approvals, and type testing for both MV Switchgear projects.\nUtilize DFMEA and reliability engineering methods to strengthen robustness and long-term quality of Switchgear components.\nCoordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, electrical, and quality teams to ensure industrialization of components for both MV Switchgear.\nCollaborate with suppliers and R&D institutions to localize and qualify components, reducing costs and lead times across both product lines.\nAble to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent them\nAbility to take necessary and proper timely decisions.\nDeliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.\nMust make a tangible difference to his area of operation. and exceed business expectations.\nQualifications:\nBE in Electrical/ Electronics Engg\n4 to 6 years of experience in Medium Voltage Product design\nSkills:\nMV Product design experinece-RVAC 11kV/33kV, VCB, AIS switchgear.\nMaintain technical documentation, project coordination, product certifications, and type testing for MV Switchgear products.\nExperience in Soildworks creo and autocad\nCoordinate type testing with accredited labs (KEMA, CESI, GCC Lab) and oversee in-house prototype validation.\nLead root cause analysis
