We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.\nWhat you’ll do:\n职位概述\n为 DPQ 运营总监提供全面支持，通过高效的业务协调、运营报告及行政支持，协助推动业务有效运作。\n该岗位负责汇总 BA2 和 PHP 运营相关报告，协调相关管理活动，跟踪重点行动事项，并促进跨职能团队之间的沟通与协作，以支持业务计划的有效执行。该岗位负责支持深圳园区的访客管理、管理层来访、客户参访及综合行政事务协调，为访客提供专业、高效的接待体验，并支持日常行政工作的顺畅开展。\n岗位职责\n运营数据与管理报告负责收集、审核及汇总各工厂和职能团队的运营数据及定期报告，准备管理层报告、演示材料及相关业务文件，确保信息准确、完整并及时提交。\n\n管理会议与行动事项跟踪协调业务回顾及管理层会议，包括日程、议程和会议材料准备; 记录重要决策和行动事项，并持续跟进责任人及完成进度，推动事项及时闭环。\n\n跨部门业务协调促进工厂、职能团队及运营管理层之间的信息沟通与协作，支持深圳园区相关业务及行政活动的有效执行。\n\n管理层及访客支持支持运营总监的日程、差旅、会议及日常行政事务; 协调客户、管理层来访、审核及重要活动的日程、接待、场地和跨部门资源，为访客提供专业、高效的访问体验。\n\n综合行政支持支持办公室行政、供应商协调、采购申请、行政费用跟踪、员工及园区活动，以及设施相关协调工作; 按照公司要求妥善管理相关文件及敏感业务信息。\n\n持续改善与数字化运用 Excel、Power BI、Copilot 等数字化工具支持报告自动化、流程优化及持续改善，提升工作效率和信息管理质量。\n\nQualifications:\n任职要求\n本科及以上学历，工商管理、英语、人力资源、财务、运营管理或相关专业; \n3-5年高管支持、业务协调、项目协调、运营支持或行政管理相关工作经验; \n熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams 等 Microsoft Office 工具，具备良好的数据汇总、报告及演示材料制作能力; \n具备良好的组织协调、行动跟进和多任务管理能力，注重细节及数据准确性; \n具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和责任意识，能够独立推动相关工作落地; \n具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力; \n具有跨国制造企业、高级管理人员支持、客户/管理层来访或跨职能项目协调经验者优先; \n熟悉 SharePoint、Power BI、Copilot 或其他数字化协作及报告工具者优先; \n具备良好的职业操守、保密意识、服务意识和客户导向。\nAt Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
